Stephanie Hoogveld is an award winning Canadian landscape artist who creates large vibrant oil paintings to celebrate memories that are treasured for generations. She is best known for enhancing her local and global community by painting for positive change. After her mother passed away she found a greater purpose in life by helping others through art. Stephanie was awarded Best New Artist at the Calgary Stampede and has organized multiple art gala fundraisers generating over $200,000 for charities close to her heart.  She takes great pride knowing that her paintings can make such a great impact while bringing such happiness hanging in a home, office or public space. Her large distinctive brushstrokes on large scale canvases are a way to express the larger than life feeling she gets from the beauty that surrounds us. She believes that “Art isn’t just for art’s sake. Art creates emotion. My goal is for people to walk away from my paintings feeling something more profoundly than they did before. Being able to share my purpose through art is a wonderful thing.”
